The standard cover periods
Acson provides a five-year compressor warranty and three years on parts across most of the current range.
Installation warranty comes from the installer, not the factory. Our installation work is guaranteed for sixty days, covering pipe leaks, drainage faults and wiring errors.
What is not covered
A factory warranty covers manufacturing failure, not wear or dirt. A coil choked because the filters were never rinsed is not a warranty claim.
Damage from power surges, flooding or installation by an unrecognised party also falls outside cover. That is standard across the industry, not specific to Acson.

Three things that void a claim
First, installation by an unrecognised party. Second, opening or repairing the unit yourself. Third, no maintenance record at all across the warranty period.
Keep the installation receipt and service records in one file. When a claim is needed, that paperwork decides whether the process is quick or drawn out.
How to make a claim
Contact us with the model, serial number and installation date. We assess the unit and handle the claim with Acson on your behalf.
For units we installed, we keep our own installation record, so you do not need to find an old receipt before we can start.
