Which models suit a rental
In a rental, durability and repair cost matter more than the latest features. Tenants rarely touch WiFi control, but every service call lands on your bill.
The Viento and Reino+ are what we fit most often for landlords — inverters that keep the tenant’s bill down, with parts that are easy to source.

Structuring the cost sensibly
Fitting three or four units at once across a terrace house is a serious cash outlay. A rent-to-own plan spreads that across the tenancy itself.
Plenty of landlords set the monthly rent-to-own figure so it roughly matches the rent increase the new units justify.
- Fit the same model throughout to simplify maintenance
- Keep a record of install dates and serial numbers
- Schedule servicing between tenancies rather than during
- Put filter-cleaning responsibility in the tenancy agreement
Maintenance that prevents emergency calls
Most emergency calls from tenants trace back to preventable things: filters that were never rinsed and a drain line that has blocked.
A scheduled maintenance plan at RM49 a month per unit removes nearly all of those calls, and gives you a written record for deposit disputes.

Running several properties
If you manage more than one property, scheduling all the servicing inside the same window brings the per-unit cost down noticeably.
We can coordinate a schedule across several addresses and send one summary after each service round.
