What an Acson unit actually costs
The price of an Acson comes down to two things: the model series and the horsepower. Everything else is already inside the quote we give you.
For a typical home a 1.0HP unit handles a bedroom up to about 130 square feet, while an open living area usually needs 2.0HP or more.

What the price already covers
Every quote includes the indoor and outdoor units, a steel bracket, ten feet of insulated copper piping, the drainage line, standard wiring and a full test once the unit is up.
What it does not cover is out-of-the-ordinary work: piping beyond ten feet, drilling through thick concrete, or a new circuit at the distribution board. We quote those before work starts, not after.
Extra costs worth asking about early
Three questions save a lot of trouble. How much piping runs between the indoor and outdoor unit? Does your board have a spare circuit? Can the existing bracket be reused?
A contractor who quotes one round number without seeing your home usually adds charges later. Send photos of the wall and the outdoor unit position and we can price it accurately before anyone travels.

Buy outright or rent to own
If you have the cash, buying outright is always cheaper in total. But plenty of homeowners would rather not hand over RM2,000 in one go for a single room.
A rent-to-own plan starts at RM69 a month over 36 months and includes the new unit, installation and a one-year warranty. After the final payment the unit is entirely yours.
